We have one of the best selections of English paperbacks to be found outside of the UK.                

• Ensure affordable supply of adult and children's books in English .

• Acting as a meeting point for newcomers to Hamburg.

• Helping a dying species of shop to survive a little longer.

• Maintain the fun element and allowing customers wide use of our resources.

• We are looking for volunteers to help out in the shop

• We are only buying dead certs. Donations are welcome.

Goals for this year are to reduce our Carbon Footprint by 20 per cent. Using fewer new bags, fewer made in China products, the consumer must show China that the real super power is the buyer not them nor the US. Selling more Organic and Fairtrade products and getting our network more active.
